Shipping and Delivery

At CafféDerma, we’re committed to delivering your caffeine-powered skincare products as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

 

1. Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes within India. For international orders, please reach out to our support team at info@caffederma.com.

 

2. Processing Time

 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak times (sales, holidays, launches), processing might take slightly longer.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

 

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on the location, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable for orders below ₹499.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available with an extra charge of ₹60.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking details. You can also track your order directly from your CafféDerma account dashboard.

 

6. Delivery Attempts

 

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times. If undelivered after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to us and a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued for prepaid orders.

 

7. Address Accuracy

 

Please make sure the delivery address, pin code, and contact details are entered correctly. CafféDerma will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Packaging

 

We take care to package all orders securely to avoid damage during transit. If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

 

9. Delays

 

In case of unexpected delays (strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters), we’ll notify you via email or SMS with updated delivery expectations.
